The COYOTE® HD (High-Density) Stainless Steel Splice Case combines the durable stainless steel outer shell from PLP’s ARMADILLO® splice cases with the patented segmented end plates used in COYOTE closures to create a unique hybrid closure. The field-proven stainless steel shells can withstand even the most severe environments, providing the ultimate protection for high-count splice applications. The new organizer architecture provides open access for fiber routing, reduces cable sheath openings, and simplifies assembly. The HD Stainless offers the ultimate level of flexibility and protection to address your high-count network needs.


  • Maximum Splice Capacity of 3456 or 6912 depending on cable construction

  • 7-Port segmented end plate design provides independent access to each cable port

    without disruption to surrounding cables

  • Stainless steel shells and the LOCKBAR™ Fastening System have been a trusted industry solution for many years
